Job Responsibilities

Experience

2+ years of experience in public relations, brand storytelling, or communications.

Expertise in creating compelling content (press releases, blog posts and speeches).

Proven ability to lead PR campaigns for product launches, events and corporate initiatives.

Skilled in maintaining consistency across all communication channels (digital, print, social media, internal communications) to ensure a unified brand voice.

Strong ability to align PR storytelling with marketing and branding.

What You’ll Do

Plan, launch and manage Meta (Facebook) Ads campaigns tailored to client objectives.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to drive maximum return on investment (ROI).

Design effective audience targeting strategies aligned with client goals and demographics.

Stay informed about Meta Ads policy updates and platform changes, ensuring compliance across campaigns.
-
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure ad content aligns with broader marketing efforts.

Track key performance metrics, delivering reports with actionable insights and optimization recommendations.

Oversee ad budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within allocated financial parameters.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with various ad formats and targeting techniques to enhance results.

Remain up-to-date on digital advertising trends, platform innovations, and emerging tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns.

Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and its full suite of tools.

Solid understanding of Meta’s advertising policies and compliance standards.

Proven ability to independently create, launch, and manage campaigns from start to finish.

Experience conducting A/B testing and applying insights to optimize campaign performance.

In-depth knowledge of audience targeting, including custom and lookalike audiences.
-
Skilled in crafting compelling ad copy and collaborating on creative assets.
-
Practical experience with Facebook Pixel setup and event tracking.
